Couldn’t be more impressed with this place. We had to get our hood replaced and painted. It truly looks amazing and the paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car. Jacob updated me every day on the progress of the repair, sent me pictures and overall made the entire experience easy. Highly recommend Jacob and Renew Collision. Thanks guys!!

Kind of upset that we drove an hour to the shop & an hour back home without our car today. ESPECIALLY with these horrible gas prices. We were told our car was ready, but after inspection when we got there I found damage from the collision still there. Chipped paint, and it had a small dent left. The piece of plastic on the side of the door was still loose. So just worried about what’s next. I had heard great reviews about this place. That’s why we chose it, but maybe next time I’ll find a shop closer to home.*** UPDATE*** the owner Charles did amazing in fixing this issue. Tomorrow we get our car, & delivered thank you charles! Helps alot since I have a new born that I don’t have to take out

i recently had repair work done at Renew Collision in Amarillo. The timeline ended up being longer than I initially expected and there were a few communication gaps along the way. When I spoke directly with the general manager about my experience, I really appreciated how he handled it. He listened, understood my perspective, and worked with me to find a solution. That meant a lot. The finished repair looks great, and I’m glad we were able to wrap everything up on a positive note. I respect businesses that are willing to make things right. Everyone in the office was very kind, and I would not hesitate to recommend them moving forward.
